The best smell free fabric I have tried is wool blankets that are issued by the army. I have two of them that I take with me on camping trips. Sleeping by the camp fire, outside for days or so makes your clothes smell, but my wool blankets never do. They are just one, big square piece of wool fabric, one layer, usually olive green and go for around 10 bucks. You can purchase one at your local army surplus store or Army and Navy store.

I think you want odor free/odor repellent. Odor absorbent fabric would stink. It might make the air smell better by absorbing odors.

Tyvek or hard nylon would probably never start to small bad, but they are not washable, so they might look bad after a while.
