No - not at all. We aren't electing a pope here - we are electing a president. I want someone that has intelligence and good old common sense - strong leadership and a compassionate heart. What religion they may or may not be is of no matter to me what-so-ever. The last thing I want is a president preaching - even if it were of my own religion. I strongly believe (as are forefathers did) in the "seperation of church and state".

I care somewhat. I'd rather the president not be a fundamentalist Christian! We wouldn't be allowed to do anything fun anymore.
