thank you all,but we have been seperated for 5 years.i've tried the court records.they tell me i need her name.i dont know her name.i have asked him he lies of corse.but friends of his think this to be true.

Every marriage and divorce is under public records in the courthouse.You just have to go and take a look to see if there was such divorce in the year he said he got divorced.Good Luck

It is public records. I don't know where you are located but if you can find the county recorder website you can do a name search to find any records. You can always go down to the family law courthouse and check.

Chances are you can look this up on line in civil court on line records. Look in the county he was divorced in and do a search under his name. This will show you.

If you know the state they were married in you can go to the county page and look it up online. Type in his name and it will say everything that has to do threw the court with him and if he is married it will show that as well.

You might try typing his info into Yahoo! People Search and seeing if an unfamiliar name pops up the list of relatives.

Go to the courthouse in the State he got married in. It's public record, you can ask for a copy or ask to see it.

Ask him or go to the county were he got his divorce and they should have a record but you need to prove that you have authority to see this.
