EVERY time we see the news, or read the paper, or look on the internet, or anything. I am sick to death of hearing about that hag Hillary...and all of the others as well.
People get so nasty about some Ron Paul supporters showing that they are supporting him, but the "chosen" ones are splattered EVERY freaking where.
I don't say bad things about people who are all gung ho about the medias chosen ones (although I do find them very very much like sheep and brainwashed). I have no problem stating that Hillary is nothing more than a socialist and Rudy wouldn't be crap if 9/11 didn't happen in NY. That's all he has.
People who rag on Ron Paul supporters need to get the stick out of their....errr....and realize that the main stream medias chosen ones AREN'T the only ones that are running....NOR ARE THEY THE BEST.

Usually when someone isn't being heard, they speak louder. In this case Ron Paul supporters have had to resort to yelling and screaming. He is such a viable candidate. To the guy who posted that we RP supporters don't know what we're talking about, thats just ridiculous. As a group we are more informed than probably any other campaign. We know what this country needs. The reason we are so persistant is that no one is listening and that is disturbing.
What are the main issues driving this country to ruin.
#1 War--He wants to get us out of it.
#2 The Economy--He wants to reduce spending and balance the budget and strengthen the dollar
Ron Paul's biggest weakness...He's too honest.
You ask him a question and he tells you where he stands.
I'll admit, I don't agree with everything he stands for.
Has anyone ever watched a debate. The candidates constantly dodge the issues and never answer the questions. So no one knows where they stand.
Oil's $100 per barrel. Mostly because of the Middle East mess this current administration has gotten us into.
Our dollar is less than the Canadian dollar for the first time.
I don't understand why everyone isn't yelling for change.

Funny, Most of the Ron Paul guys and gals I've spoken to actually know exactly what Paul stands for. Even the portions they don't fully agree with. He's the only one with a 30 year record full of logical, if not intuitive positions. YA isn't the place for learning about every facet of every position some candidate might have. Ask a question of an aspect you are not sure about, I'm sure almost anyone of us could answer it in full. Heck, you can call his campaign!

This is still a democracy. You have every right to feel and voice your feelings if you so wish. I've been bashed with a lot of answers that had absolutely nothing constructive to contribute. Some people just feel the need to be smarta***s.

The funny thing is, you complain of ppl explaining away Paul, yet you do the same thing to marginalize Hillary and Rudy.
I'm not for either one of them or Paul, but you dismiss her as a socialist and Rudy as nothing outside of 9/11. While not an endorser of either, they both do have significant records. Rudy's is quite distinguished in some aspects. Hillary's a little less so, in my opinion. Marginalizing them in the same way you claim to loathe is why most ppl see Paul's supporters as inconsistent and uninformed.
I've looked in Ron Paul a little more than I looked at other candidates bc I want to believe, but he's just not the guy. We can't back out of Iraq now. We can't follow his foreign policy which is a stones' throw away from isolationism, which is a stone's throw from another Pearl Harbor or 9/11. Just bc you don't want to participate in the world doesn't mean that extremists will forgive you and stop trying to destroy your way of life.
As far as him being a strict Contitutionalist, fine, but the real genius of the Constitution is that it can be changed depending on the will and needs of the people. Ron Paul adhering to the document is fine, but he has to know that it is open for change at any time, even if he doesn't like it bc it bans something or endorses something he hates. Would he be a Contitutionalist then?
I think his foreign policy is dangerous and naive and he would be the second worst President currently in either party's camp. Only Hillary is scarier to me.

I believe those that complain about Ron Paul do not know the dire situation that this country is in, and as long as they keep watching TV and those mouth piece talking heads that shape their opinions and tell them how to feel, they are never going to see the REAL truth!

Discussions of every candidate except Paul generally eventually include substantive policy discussions. Most of the Ron Paul guys I've debated don't actually know what Paul stands for. Several said he supports legalization of all major drugs, a few said he wants to end all taxation, and most said he supports abortion rights. The reason these people don't know anything about him is that none of his supporters ever bother discussing his policies. THAT is why the spam about him is so irritating. It doesn't get us anywhere.

What I can't believe is how many suckers are drawn in by yet another politician. All politicians lie through the teeth and your Ron Paul is no different than the rest but you won't listen so go ahead and waste your vote on someone that has a 2% rating.

If you want to lead us to a path of ruin go ahead.
At least I can say I didn't vote for it.

Because they are so childish and silly, the only thing to do with supporters of this very foolish man is make fun of them.
