My body language? I don't think most of us are aware, but others are. Some examples I found interesting in others is 1) arms crossed: a barrier 2) no eye contact; lying 3) Eyes roll up; crazy statement 4) Squirming: uneasy about conversation. O'Reilly on Fox sometimes has this lady there who reads politicians body language, called kinesethics. Body language is an excellent tool in knowing what the other person is really saying.

Well me personally I am a very outgoing person. If you see me just sitting somewhere and I'm not talking or playing around with some one, then I am either upset or I'm extremely p.o. about something. It's not unusual to see me running around making people laugh.
