Huh? I wouldn't walk along a beach with my mother and ask her advice about anything.
Now my husband on the other hand, I'd walk with him just about anywhere, anytime, and we could and can and do talk about everything.

My mom is a totally different generation and she is my best friend but usually she asks me for advise...she got married at 14 so she didn't have much experience.
