Ok, Trya may be walking in Oprah's footsteps, but those are REALLY big shoes to fill. Oprah is absolutely amazing. i think Trya's show is successful and inspiring, but I almost think Trya is going in to it trying to be like Oprah and it's taking away the originality factor. Everyone can't be a Oprah.. so I think tyra should focus on what makes her better or on the same level as Oprah rather than tryig to BE Oprah.

I love the Trya show and I think it will do great.. ut at this point she isn't even in the same ballpark as Oprah.

it seems that Tyra is trying to be Oprah, but spunkier and louder. I'm not sure that she has the clout that Oprah has or actual experience and journalism background. Ms. Banks is a model/actress and I'm not sure what level of eductation she has.Tyra is a younger and less experienced Oprah on 4 Red Bulls (sugarfree of course). She is trying and she does have potential if she gears her stories more toward appropriate, current issues. Good luck to her, Oprah is a tough person to follow.

No. Tyra is so much funnier than Oprah. Oprah is too annoying. I only watch Oprah for the stories.Tyra is so much fun to watch. She's sweet and kind and giving. Oprah is all of that too but she is just too annoying.

Funny, I'm watching Tyra right now....Yes seems like it...but less serious!!! I don't think she will give her entire audience a car.....but who knows???? She opened the show by telling everyone that her pants were split and no one told her...Oprah would never admit to something like that! Kisses!! :)

she is not...she thinks she is and she so desperately wants to be...but sadly she isn't. Who knows though maybe she'll get better. At the moment though, she is so not even close to being Oprah.

She might get there someday but she has a ways to go. I hope she succeeds and will be able to fill the void once the "Queen of talk" signs off
