I am about to lose a lot of things very valuable to me because of my messy divorce (finacially) do anyone have any idea what resources I can use to get help, even if I got a second job I wouldn't get a check soon enough to help me on the debts that I have right now

First of all take a deep breath, then discard any thought of bankruptcy. Pending on the debts, most of them can wait until you get a paycheck from a second job (unless you are already four months behind and they are on the way to the court house for judgement). If the stuff you are about to lose is part of this debt then, do whatever it takes to make sure they get out of your name, i.e. refinance, sell it, etc. If he (assuming) wants the stuff then he can have the debt to himself as well. After the divorce, get on a budget, save an emergency fund, and start a debt snowball. meaning list the items smallest to largest and pay everything you can on the little on til its gone, then "roll" that money you were spending on it to the next smallest.

more details needed. Where do you live? state law [if you're a Yank] likely controls.

consider bankruptcy, too.
