I usually skip those questions. Until points can be converted into gold, It's not really a motivator. No mouse runs through the Skinner maze for a tasteless pellet.

Very much, just as when people say "I HATE this and that" for no other reason than NOT selecting a better word to describe their petty annoyances.
Both are bad habits, IMHO.
