I LOVE bratwurst! I like it on a bun with sauerkraut but also with plain old stadium mustard... you made me hungry just thinking about it!

Yum. To me it's best served cooked in beer with onions, peppers and garlic slathered over top on a roll.

Duuuuuuuuuuuuude! Bratwurst is Gnarlicious, Duuuuuuuuuuuuude! Especially when roasted on a stick over a campfire on the beach, Duuuuuuuuuuuuude!

I'm not a huge bratwurst eat, but I like it.
My favorite is chorizo, the portuguese sausage ... spicey.

Happy belated Octoberfest! Boiled Brats with sauerkraut and mustard and potato pancakes on the side with sour cream (or applesauce).
I'm mostly German and we ate this a lot when I was growing up.
