I honestly think that the Steelers are going to beat the Patriots by atleast a touchdown. What do you think. I think that Ben Roethlisberger is alot better quarterback then Tom Brady strength wise...

I'm leaning towards a close Steelers victory as well. They will be major underdogs, and they always seem to play well in those situations. I think they will surprise a lot of people and pull out a win, but it's going to be a good game, made even better because the Steelers are going to beat the Pats ...

First, I want to say that I am a St. Louis Rams fan (aren't they really having a great year!).
The Patriots have a great deal of depth. I think I heard last week that at least 17 different players have scored touchdowns for them this year.
Big Ben is an outstanding quarterback and while I think he might be bigger and stronger than Brady, I'm not sure he always makes the best decisions.
Brady is not only a good quarterback but he is also very intelligent.
Both of these guys are at the top of their games.
I think the Steelers have a better running game, and the Patriots have a better recieving corps.
So, with all of that said, I think the Patroits would win.... but it would be a great, great game that could go either way.

Steelers Pats always a great matchup, Steelers wrecked the 22 game win streak a few years back, and look to do the same this year, but I can't agree with your ben v tom arguement, seriously, off the field or on, Ben was inches of making Eli Manning the best QB outta that draft, from a freekin motorcycle, dumbass.
Steelers can't turn the ball over, and will have to find a way to do something no one has done yet, and that's stop Moss, and then stop Welker, stalworth, and faulk outta the back field. No team's that good. Sorry if ever a perfect season looked posible in my life, this is it.

Being a Steeler fan...i could somewhat like for us to triumph over the Pats. yet even I understand that we can't do it two times interior the comparable 12 months. The Steelers are very good this year & if the game was being played "at the Burg", I would expect the game to be close.
But the game is Patriot home game and will be played in Foxboro. I think the game will be good, but I don't see any match - up on either side of the ball where the Steelers are better than the Patriots. I would expect the Patriots to control the ball, the clock and win 31-17.

The Steelers looked great. I'll bet the whole Pats team watched the monday night game. The Pats will be up for the game, but Ben is a stronger qb than tom, and he could have a really great game, so it's not a lock that the Pats win, but I still think the Pats win.

Strenthwise - I do agree with you Rothlisberger is probably the strongest quarterback in the NFL and has a stronger arm than brady. But a quarterback needs more than an arm, as far as intelligence goes, Big Ben is well.... lets just say he's not quite the mind of a 10 year old but he's working hard.
Pittsburg has struggled all season on the road, and really who has pittsburg beaten?
The Seahawks - Oooh there is a tough team
The Browns - So has New England
The Bengals - So has New England
The Niners - So has San Fransisco High School
The Bills - So has New England
The Ravens - So have the Bills
Who has Pittsburg not been able to beat
Denver - They cant beat anyone, they cant even beat themselves
Arizona - The Joke of the NFL
Granted New England as had some easy games, but they have also had At Indy and At Dallas two games the steelers would get killed in.

If this games was at Heinz field I could see the Steelers pulling of a upset with that frenzy of a crowd backing them.
This game happens to be in New England and it will take a great effort to beat them there.
The Steelers will have to play with 5 or 6 defensive backs in an effort to shut down the Patriots high octane passing attack.

Hell yeah they can win, the pats cant score if brady is getting buried all day. He hasnt been hit yet this year, well polamalu, clark n the boys are gonna change that. parker and holmes are too fast for the pats D so who is gonna catch em. as long as the steelers dont make stupid turnovers and change TDs for FGs they will win. look at the games they lost, ben had 4 TO's with a fumble that got ran back for a TD, and a pick when we had the ball on the 2. when they dont turn it over the closest game they had this year was a win by 11.

Every year people think the pats are unbeatable. But just remember a couple years ago when the steelers stopped their winning streak and they werent suppose to beat the pats. The two loses to arizona and denver should have been wins, but they showed that they can atleast come back and score. The cowboys barely beat the bills so they shud have 2 loses and we would just crush them we always shut down T.O( Eagles game when we stopped their winning streak too) as far as Indy last time i checked we beat them the last time we played them. Like they say Any Given Sunday..It will be a good game and closer than what people think
