I rented my home out 2 years ago when I moved into my boyfriends home and just recently my boyfriend past away. I have no place to live and I need to move back into my home. How can I do this?

Give your tenant's notice that they need to vacate the premises. Landlord tenant laws vary by area, but typically you need to give them 30 days notice.

don't renew the lease.
if it is on month to month, send the tenants a 30 day notice that you are terminating their rental.
use google to find the specifics required by the law in your area. you want the landlord-tenant act, or just the tenancy laws.
