For me, it's definitely not diarrhea or anything like that... Rotten meat or broccoli is what gets me.

I used to work as a short hand cook at a family owned Ice cream stand/ burger joint.
Out in the back we would pile up the garbage in a huge wheel barrow before we moved it to the dumpster.
Once we let it pile up, and due to the rain at night, and sun during the day, it began to reek. When we finally did take it to the dumpster it was so vile, that my friend actually vomited because of the smell. Hands down, the worst smell ever.

A dead skunk on the road in the middle of a hot, humid summer day. The way the smell just slowly emerges from your car's vents is an unbelievable vomit inducer. There is only one other thing that can compare to that and that is an outdoor toilet filled to the brim. OMG!!!

Several years ago I my dog got out of the fence. A day later I found him dead in the ditch. He had been dead in the hot summer sun for an entire day. That was a bad smell.

Rotting human flesh has a way of creeping into your olfactory and never leaving. You can still smell that s**t years later. We should have buried grandma years ago. This house is ruined.

The smell durning a root canal..the dead and rotting root. AND the smell durning my c-section, they used a lasar to cut me open and it smelled like burning flesh (that it was).
I guess some smells you never forget!
