I think that Cason and Caden are wonderful names, especially since the first name has personal meaning to you.
I like them better with a C because it makes them seem more masculine and more traditional.
I think that
Caden Reese
and
Cason Jay would be nice.
Also consider:
Cason Blake
Cason Hugh
Cason James
Cason Andrew
Cason Jack
Cason Luke
Cason Paul
Cason Max
Cason Spencer
Cason Todd
Good luck to you in your name hunt!

It's really sweet to use Cason for your brother, but why not use it as a middle name? I think Cason and Caden are way too close to use together. People mix up twins anyways, and giving them super similar names won't help. Caden is way too close to Aiden, Bradon, Hayden, Jaden, etc, so he'll be one of three or four rhyming names in his class. For either name, I'd definitely use the "C" spelling. The "K"s look very trendy and almost girly.
Why not think about:
Reese Cason and Tyler Caden
Reese Michael and Cason James
Cason David and Daniel Corbin
Cason Reese and Ryan Caleb
Joshua Cason and Quinn Thomas
With these, they'd have the same initials, but the names sound very different:
Cason Joseph and Charles James
Theodore Cason and Thomas Caden
Gavin Cason and George Charles
Brennan Thomas and Broderick Logan
Logan Cason and Liam Corbin
Hope these help!

I assume you're having 2 boys?
I love the name Cason. Cason Reese, sounds great to me.
Personally, I feel Caden sounds a little feminine. Too much like Cadence, ya know?
Cason and Camden
Cason and Calvin
Those are just a few suggestions that I could think of off the top of my head. I really like Camden.
But, good luck and congratulations!

I tend to dislike names starting with the same letters or ones that are very similar in general- for siblings, and especially twins. Since Cason is in honor of your brother, I'd go for Kaden since it is the least like Cason, but would prefer something entirely different.

i have twin nephews, and i got to say it bugs me when people name twins with similair names. Are you gonna dress them the same too?
Give them a chance to be individuals. Give them kool names, but dstinctive. Fine, you wanna name one Cason? name the other after your hubbies brother. It may not sound as trendy, but in the long run they will feel more like an individule as opposed to always a set.
Cason & Eric
Cason & Eddie
Cason & Logan
Cason & Ivan
Cason & Antonio
Cason & Peter
Ehnic names are in vougue right now.
I know your probably causcasion and are thinking
"Eww, no way im naming my kid Jose" but its hard for me to wrap my brain around Caden.
Good luck, what ever you choose. If you choose before the best is chosen , let us all know what you go with.

Caden Reese, I do think sounds very nice.
Cason, though, I am not a fan of. How about Carson? or Jason?
Just food for thought... :)
