Would you class this as hate mail?
My friend wants to send some girl her knickers back and a note to her parents telling them how much of a sl*t their daughter is! Don't know any more about it though lol!
I was just wondering if she did go through with it, would she get done for harrashment and what kind of sentance that would be?

I am not sure about the legal aspect of it, but it sounds exceedingly childish and also petty.
I imagine there could be a legal recourse of some kind because it is rather harrassing.

Sounds like you all need to grow up. If she is a slut, that is her problem. You will only create drama and be known for it. Get over whatever happened, throw her knickers away and pretent like you're older than 13 for 10 minutes.
