I was watching on the news on how a cabin blew up and the kids got their faces burned up. It had something to do with the gas tank or the propane tank or the fuel, whatever...........

as long as you keep you gas appliances..serviced and check for leaks you shouldnt have no problems, there should be a rotten egg smell if there is a leak, ...if you have propane one of the safest things to do is have the storage tank at least fifty feet from the home....most all times you see anything about a home blowing up there is usually a gas leak associated with the explosion or someone tampered with or bypassed the safety devices...always remerber if you have gas appliances and heat in your home..never walk into your home and turn anything on including lights before you sniff the air for gas...

You should be able to smell propane leaks. Test your system with a leak check solution or soapy water. I did see where water heaters blowup and destroy trailers. The water heater needs to have a relief valve on top to avoid this.

I would avoid setting up a meth-lab in your trailer, that's a good start!
