Hi, I've had blood in my stool and was embarrassed to go to the doctor, but this has been going on for over a year now. There's two possibilities: - Hemorrhoids. - Bowel/Colon Cancer. I highly doubt at a young age you'd have this sort of cancer, though it is possible, because it usually grows in elderly people. If the blood is only a small amount, and is hardly noticeable I would not worry too much, it's likely a hemorrhoid (a pimple like bump that is inside your anus, and when stool is released gets hit and bleeds). I know you might be reading this, and be thinking "Wow.. She doesn't know much, she used big words to make herself seem smart", but trust me. If it is a large amount of blood, you need to talk to your parents or a doctor. If it is small, take a luke-warm bath and just relax. Good luck!
