I've heard of some kind of cup that women use to hold back menstrual flow, so they are able to have sex. I can't think of the name of it though...or where to get them. I even wanna know if they are worth using.

You can get them at Walgreens. They are not for use as contraceptives, though. They are like an alternative to tampons. I couldn't use them. They were messy and awkward. Give it a shot, but don't expect something wonderful....:)
The contraceptive "cup" you're thinking of is a diaphragm and you have to get one of those from your doc.

They are called menstrual cups. You can buy resuable ones the the diva cup or keeper cup online or look for instead the disposable ones in your store. You use them instead of tampons or pads.

The disposable ones I've seen are called Instead. I use them on my heavy days so I don't have to change my tampon every hour or less. I feel them even less than I do tampons.
