have you tried any book swapping websites? There's Hitflip.co.uk - it's not exactly free as you pay 79p per swap and then eswapnow.com which is properly free. If you have something else to offer up, you might find a free nancy drew book there.

in public library you can check out for one mount ,if you have library card if not you can be member for free.
