Looking for streets that have free parking. Within this radius: West: AShland, South: Roosevelt, East: Racine and north 2 blks from taylor. Please help!

There is a area that a lot of hospital employes park at. It's between 1-2 blocks south of Roosevelt and between wood and wolcott. You should be able to find something there granted you don't start too late. Good luck.

I go to UIC west campus, and there is no free parking in the area. The UIC police are very vigilant about the meters.

Seriously, the traffic, congestion charge, lack of parking spaces and general stress of driving in London would drive you crazy. Better to leave your car parked outside a suburban tube station and take the tube in. It'll be cheaper, quicker and stress free. It's a no-brainer really.
