what do you mean by meaning? Meaning to your family (example- using a name to honor someone)? or that the name has a meaning (example Amanda means lovable). If you want the second one try behindthename.com or thinkbabynames.com both give origins of names and their meaning if they have one. Also try nymbler.com it gives you names you may like based on some other names that you enter, then you could always look up the meaning if you find something on the other two sites!

There are a variety of different meanings a name can have... do you want something with religious meaning, meaning because it describes a person character, ethnic meaning...etc...
Here are a few excellent web site that list the origin of the names you can find the meaning of the name or if you want to seach by meaning you can do that as well.... for example on the one site if you type in "love" it will list all the names that mean love.

Doesn't get anymore meaningful than when you choose names from the families! My youngest's middle name is the same as his father's and his grandfather's and his great grandfather's. My sisters middle name is both of her grandmother's middle names put together...Fayeann! Choosing a name this way may be the "meaning" you are looking for!

I'm not Jewish, but I absolutely love Hebrew/Old Testament names...so since you didn't specify what kind of meaning, my top picks would be:
For a girl, Hannah (gracious, merciful)
For a boy, Alon (oak tree)
