my friend aged 38, is having problem of premature ejaculation. he says he just releases it 2/3 minuts of the start ? is there any method to prolong it?

Consult a good Homeopathic Physician if he wants it fixed for keeps all the rest are just temporary solutions and too many side effects, trust me nothing works better.

Needs to practice slower release, by masterbating and taking it real slow-- keeping ejaculation from taking place for at least 5 or 10 minutes during masterbation. Quick masterbation sessions are the primary cause of premature ejac, since the body is being trained to release quickly. Can also be trained not to.

Take a SSRI drug like Paxil, Prozac, Zoloft, etc. They are antidepressants but they work great for premature ejaculation. Once he gets used to longer sex, he can slowly ween himself off the drugs.

I know guys like that, they are so disappointing. It might be beneficial for them to masturbate an hour or two before he gets together with his lover. The second shot usually takes longer.
