You are making me hungry
I like muffins and doughnuts but not those store bought ones they are so full of so many unhealthy things its not good for my diet ya know
My New wife Fickle 1 makes the best muffins all whole grain with little freckles of real wheat and rye in them She is the best cook of all HER cooking is all Homemade
When I am eatting her homemade sweetest tasten cherry filled doughnuts its best to use my fingers so the filling doesn't spill out instead of a fork.
The homemade filling on these doughnuts is to die for its yummy its from the about a 4 decade old cherry tree with lots of just picked cherries, ya know they had to be picked before the frost came so they are the freshest (Store boughts cherries don't taste right and are so old tasting)
I LOVE HER my WIFE Fickle 1 FOREVER Whens dinner babe.. can I bring some whipping cream to top those doughnuts with WE can make the whipped cream together

DOUGHNUTS! Especially Dunkin' Doughnuts! I love the peanut and coconut kind; my two faves! I can also go for the jelly-filled, the long johns, the ones with sprinkles. If I don't go for the nutty kind, I'll go with strawberry frosted or choco frosted, sometimes with and sometimes without sprinkles! I also love myself Boston Creme kind!
I don't eat it now, as I moved to an area where it's not available! I got to wait until I visit the area I used to live to have some!
NO Krispey Creme for me! No offense, but it tastes like I'm eating a bag of sugar and nothing else.
I love muffins, and should eat more of those since they are healthy! If I were to eat a muffin, I'll buy the cheese strussel kind!

Definitely, muffins. I prefer Blueberry but, I like Corn muffins too ( especially when they are not on the dry side). Doughnuts don't like me!! My stomach aches after eating them.

doughnuts of course!!!! Muffins are dry. where as doughnuts are sweet and straight to the point and they go better with hot chocolate and coffee, where as muffins are very messy and hard to eat on the run. Mmmmmmmmmm.............I want a doughnut now!

Commercial muffins are way higher in cals. than doughnuts.
This is why americans are overweight. It is not because they are lazy overeaters, for the most part. It is because they eat too many fastfood/commercial products...which are DESIGNED to be high calorie.
Example: a Dunkin Donuts blueberry muffin, which you would think is a healthful item, is almost 400 cals. So, you think you are being healthful by eating the muffin, instead of a jelly donut, but you are wrong....the jelly donut is only 280 cals.
