Connecting to RV016 firewall router, my XP users can connect using the Quick VPN client, but Vista users are having problems.
From the router side it shows that they are successfully connecting, but at the user end it says no.
Tech support is useless because they don't speak ENGLISH (man I hate that!).
Anyone else had this issue?

Wired or wireless, it makes no difference - same issue.

Which firmware version. There is a new one for VISTA 1.2.6
If you have the older 1.1.0 you will have this issue.

If this is wireless,Vista users have to make sure they have the latest Vista drivers for their adapters.
