I always turn to the Lord! He will give us guidance & we have to accept the fact that His answer for us isn't always the one we want to hear* You have someone who loves you dearly! Accept the offer of His help***

I try hard to substitute action or planning for worry. If it's something I can't do anything about right now, I distract myself by answering questions or playing a DVD or reading a good book. But sometimes I know there is something I ought to be doing, and I'm just procrastinating. Like taking pictures of the stuff I inherited from Steve that I mean to put on eBay and make some money. Hope I do it before I get too hard up for money, and have to accept a low bid.

I can pray and then I can tell myself some of my worries are actually trivial compared to people with "real" problems.
I lighten up on myself then find its not so difficult to get thru my "worries" after that.
Things always seem to work out, then repeat process for the next batch of worries.

I try to figure out if there is anything I can do about them. The things I can change, I do, the things I cannot change, I put to the back of my mind.

I also pray a lot about things. That helps to lift the burden quite a bit.

Heavy drinking. Just kidding.

I pray a lot and turn over my problems to God. Seems to help ever since I started that. Good luck and God bless.

I get in a quiet place and think about my options.
I talk with a trusted friend.
I pray.

I know. I know. Probably the wrong order.
