or how can we say that violation of any one of these leads to the violation of other one

Well, first you know what each one says huh?, like clausius says that is a process is not possible if the only result is to transfer heat from a thing of low T° to another.
Then there is Kelvin_Planck that says that a process if the only result is to absorb heat from a thing and use this heat as a wk.

They don't violate the other..au contraire they complement, in fact they are equivalent statements ,like: If you put a machine that passes heat from cold to hot (clausius) with a motor you'll get something that absorbs heat and transforms the whole stuff in wk (kvPlanck) ..that is if the kp is false..all the heat can turn into work, then the clausius is also false.
