Sally Beauty suppy has a clear polish called Nail Life..... It is tthe best stuff on the market, I am a nail tech and hairdresser, i reccommend it to all my natural nail clients and also sell it in my shop! BTW, I use it myself!!!

My nails grow like the grass and are always very long but I don't wear anything on them as nail varnish cracks after a few hours, my nails are very hard, if I had to wear polish it would be clear. My daughter has very soft nails that can bend but doesn't wear polish.

well i have found that the best source for rapid nail growth is natural redmedies.
First, find some good Vitamin E cream/lotion to rub your cuticles and nails with daily. (even twice a day wouldnt hurt)
Also file your nails often and rub lemon around your nails afterwards. If you dont take a mult-ivitamin every day, then eat foods that would provide your body with the nutrients which benefit your skin, nails, and hair. (blue berries, nuts, kiwi, whole grains, fish, peanut butter, olive oil......etc.)
and drink plenty of water!!!

i use sally hanson extreme growth.. I dont know if you can choose a different one
