I got a Email from a lady, whom I don't know, (and don't worry, I don't believe this, and I have no intention of answering her,) she stated she has cancer, and her dying wish is to give away the millions of dollars her husband stole from unsuspecting companies. She doesn't say anything more, she asks that I Email her in response. I'm not going to, I was just wondering if anyone else was scammed like this, before?

Yes, I have received one, and I replied, like an idiot, and about 3 weeks later I received a check for $732,145. So I took it to the bank and it was good. I then sent a thank you email to the lady, paid a whole lot of taxes and built a new house. My suggestion would be to reply because you never know.

Yes I got a similar one from a man in another country who was also dying, he wanted to leave his millions to me and I could keep as much as I wanted as long as I gave a little to charity. He supposedly needed my checking account and routing number, to make the deposit and it would only cost me $500. Obviously a bunch of BS. They just had a undercover report on this I think on MSNBC. Some people fall for it.

Yeah, I get about 6 -15 a day. Usually from Nigeria but increasingly from Russia.

That is a variation on that Nigerian Banker scam. It is just another way of saying "I have a lot of money that I will give you, a complete stranger, for no good reason if you give me your financial id."

Forward it to abuse at your ISP and then delete it.

Definitely sounds like a hoax. Why do people bother? Do they think we are completely stupid! Anyhow, I have not received this particular gem but many others that are similar.

I have seen similar stories in e-mails, but I always delete them. The scammers just keep trying to be more and more creative.
