I am sponsoring a child for Christmas for the Salvation Army angels program and her wish is a bike...?

She is 8 years old and I have no idea how tall she is. I do know that her pant size is 10, which usually have a 25" to 26" inseam. What size bike is appropriate for someone this age?

I think a 20 in. would be correct.
