Speaking on a cellphone about ANYTHING personal; like who you took home from the bar last night, what your vaginal discharge is like, that in the dark you mistook liquid soap for personal lubricant, that you put your kids in daycare so you can have an affair, that you need an ointment refill because that rash on your scrotum is back, that you need to be paid for the cocaine she snorted last night...
I have heard ALL of these in public! Get some class, people.

Cell phone talking loud enough for anyone else to hear the whole conversation. Even worse are those hands free phones where you think it is someone deranged talking to themselves but it really is their phone conversation.

People shouldn't allow their children to rudely disrupt other's meals in a restaurant with their fits, screaming, & crying. They should take them outside until they can behave in a manner where everyone can enjoy their meal & time together.
