Each day, thousands of state and Federal prison inmates are released because their legally set prison sentence time is up. They walk out beyond the prison walls into free society--and its wise of us all to pray they don't still have a violent or deadly "itch" to scratch--which 90% of them all still do.

And its ALL OUR FAULT for allowing prisons to be set at such comfortable levels.

America's state and Federal prison reforms have made the country's prisons a "tough" but comfortably livable place to exist in, compared to the world of the law abident---where we work hard and honest each day and face enormous economic challenges.

Prison inmates are safely cradled away from such economic challenges---so its little wonder why they don't mind returning to their tough, but much safer enviroment.....one they have well become accustomed to.

For prison inmates--prison life is their career choice; free society is merely a vacation.

if proven not guilty, that's fine. but if he is pardoned for a heinous crime committed only after a few months' conviction, then there's problem with the gov't, and who knows who are pulling the strings... like former Pres. Erap Estrada.
