I wasn't aware that an all Black or an all White school existed. If so, then it more likely has to do with the area the school is in. I doubt it was intentional. Besides, everything isn't about Black and White people.

Same reason there are jewish schools and catholic schools I guess. Sometimes when an institution is founded on certain beliefs or even on certain grounds then they are affiliated permenantly with a certain sect. Many of those schools especially the colleges were founded during a time when blacks and whites were segregated thus there history has marked them as such, and that has become their legacy.

I didnt think there were all black or all white schools nowadays.
I am aware that some schools have a majority of black pupils but that is down to the families in the local area and not discrimination

It's mostly about demographics. My high school was almost all white, with the exception of me. Lots of the kids I went to college with, who came from snotty upper middle-class neighborhoods in Atlanta, went to all black high schools. Sometimes it just depends on where you live.

I'm pretty sure they have schools on the Isle If Wight, that would make them all Wight schools.

Sorry but you are mistaken. There are far more schools with no black pupils than there are with no white pupils in the U.K. It is mostly due to location, but the culture of the school is also relevant. In a few cases it may be due to religion. For example a Seventh-day Adventist school is likely to attract only black pupils and a Jewish school non-black pupils in most areas of the country.

Why don't you ask the racist white people who don't want to go to schools with black people? Trust me, there is no law that states that whites are not allowed in certain schools. They just choose not to go to them. No one can force them to.
