The Company I work for has Ceased Trading. They have not paid me for the last two and a half months and given me no notice. They have given me a form to fill out, from the Administrators. What I need to know is who will pay me as there is nothing left in their pot. I am PAYEE.

If the company file for bankruptcy, fill out the form and wait. There is nothing else you can do.
I am owed some money by a company that went bankrupt in 2002. The case is still in litigation.

You need to complete the form from administrators

The company as you say are skint

You (and all employees of the company) will be at the top of the list as priority when any money is paid out

Another option would be to apply to the national insurance fund but you will have to go through the above process first. The administartors will explain the fund when and if applicable

The administrator will pay any wages owed if and only if there is any money left to pay them.
Creditors are paid in the following order of precedence:
1. Employees
2. Tax authorities
3. Banks
4. other creditors

You are still working there after two and a half months of not getting paid? Why?

File a small claims court claim for wages. You may not be able to collect, but at least you will have a valid claim for what's left of the company and a place marker (date) for the claim.

File your claim in the Insolvency Proceedings of the company so that your salaries will be paid when other debts are already paid.
