We have relocated and need to sell our house. We already have a great, high paying tenant but wondered if anyone could point us in the right direction of quickly shifting the house to an investor? Help please?

Estate Agents are usually the best choice . however I understand you may balk at paying their 1%-2%+ commission .. . you can try one of the on-line 'Estate Agent' web sites .. (these are usually 'fixed fee')

What area is the house located in...Is the house in the US? UK?
Elsewhere?
While you could find investors from anywhere, it's easier to find an investor who is local to the area...
