Patience, optimism, and the ability to take things with a grain of salt. Don't sweat the small stuff. Those are some of the things that I'm told are very important in a marriage and I think they would be beneficial in real life. Oh wait - those are all traits, not skills. Okay..... nevermind, I was right. Thank you Wikipedia!!
