Humans owe their existence to an enormous earthquake in East Africa 8 million years ago. You can still see clear evidence of it in the great rift valley. This separated populations of our ancestors who lived in the rain forest together. They were apes and were the ancestors of modern chimpanzees and gorillas as well.
East of the rift, the moist rain forest air was pushed upward and became dry, causing that region to lose the rain forest and become plains and desert. Those early hominids which were stranded there had to abandon their happy, lazy jungle lifestyle, and become hunters to survive. They also had to protect themselves from predators they never knew before. Over millions of years, the best survivors were those who could 1) stand upright and run, 2) those who could think and coordinate and communicate for hunting and mutual protection, 3) and also those who could use their hands more effectively to fashion tools. So there was a survival premium on brain size, (intelligence), mobility, dexterity, and communication.
Several species of humans came and went, but we are the only ones left. The extreme pressures of the East African life drove our evolution, while our cousins continue their easy-going, relatively pressure-free lives in the safe forest. That's why they haven't changed as much and we have.
Sometimes I wonder just how close our ancestors came to extinction in that new and harsh environment east ot the rift.
Edit: I wish everyone could see the film that I saw a few years ago. I saw only about a minute, but it was enough. It was a film of a couple of baby chimps playing with a couple of baby humans. It would be very difficult for anyone to deny the closeness of these two species, watching those daipered, innocent beings play together. You would think the only difference between them was the amount of hair.

Africa. This is where humanoids first evolved.
We didn´t evolve from monkeys rather we all evolved from a common ancestor. Chimps and humans not only have a lot of genes in common, we also have alot of genetic defects in common. All animals have a gene for manufacturing vitamin C. But in humans and chimps the gene is switched off so we both need to constantly eat food rich in vitamin C or we will die. Not a very intelligent life form to have missed that little item when we were "created"...
-edit-
I also saw a documentary about chimps recently. One scientist described being a chimp as being 5 years old all the time but with lots of sex...

No one ever said seriously that we came from monkeys. What was said is that we and monkeys descend from a common primate ancestor.
If you want to buy into the science-fiction story about aliens (too much Star Trek?), then you have to accept that 'they' must have also created all the other mammals, otherwise it is difficult to explain the overwhelming similarity in composition and function (and I'm not only talking DNA here). If they had that much technological ability, then they would have been able to fix their reproduction problem (much easier than creating a new set of interacting, co-evoluting races).
Occam Razor (proposed by a religious friar) pushes us to use the simpler solution: natural evolution (as opposed to aliens).

Religion:- Religion is a procedure of ideals and worships which entails a code of ethics and a philosophy of lifestyles. There are many faiths on the planet in these days. Some of those religions are of up to date foundation however such a lot of them are very ancient. In truth we all know from historical past that guy has regularly had a faith. Even the primitive guys residing in caves or jungles had a few kind of faith. The ideas and rituals in guy's faith have CONTINUALLY developed and turn out to be extra rational and complex as time went on. The primitive religions of the Cave Man and the Bush Man gave upward push to the modern-day religions of the beyond 3 thousand years. Today, the principal religions of the arena incorporate: World Religion ----- Originated in Zoroastrianism ----- Iran Confucianism ----- China Hinduism ------ India Taoism ------ China Jainism ------ India Judaism ------ Neat East Christianity ------ Near East Islam ------ Near East Buddhism ------- India Shinto ------- Japan These are the first-class religions of the arena which aren't best liable for all our amassed wealth of knowledge, philosophy, ethics, and social and ethical codes, however have inspired the tradition, the language and the ethical attitudes of practically each PERSON residing in these days. Difference among Religious and Non Religious Peoples. a million. The devout persons think in anything whilst the others don't. two. The devout persons participate in distinct acts of worship whilst the others don't. three. The devout persons appear to comply with a distinct code for his or her social and ethical behaviour whilst the others don't. four. The devout persons discover a reason of lifestyles and feature a certain philosophy in the direction of it, whilst the others don't.

Sure we are created by an intelligent life form but if the problem was of infertility and they couldn't fix it then they wouldn't be counted as an intelligent life form.. So the hypothesis goes wrong!! But we evolved from water from a single cellular organism to plants then to animals and then to our present self and that is the scientific truth... !! U have to digest it whether u like it or not buddy!!

If we were genetically created by another life form, then the question remains: where did that other life form come from? We can't pass the buck on the origin-of-life question in so simple a way.

You heard wrong.
If that was the case we wouldn't have such a close genetic link with all the other animals on earth particularly the primates who by some astounding coincidence look rather like us.
Get yourself a basic book on evolution and look it up. This is really a book on the origins of humanity so it would have made more sense in zoology.
Books:
‘The Origin of Species’ by Charles Darwin
‘The Variety of Life’ by Colin Tudge
‘The Ancestor’s Tale’ by Richard Dawkins
‘Almost a Whale’ by Steven Jones
‘Evolution’ by Mark Ridley
‘Evolution: An Introduction’ by Stephen Stearns and Rolf Hoekstra

I've spent my life studying the fossil evidence for human evolution, and I can assure you that we evolved here on Earth, not from a "monkey" but from an ape-like common ancestor of the apes and ourselves.

We came from evalution. We are humans and alos other animals are formed due to evalution. Scientificaly that's the only way we can say how we formed.

I believe that we originated on another planet. But how I do not know. There may not be scientific evidence or maybe there is. I do not believe we are told everything that we have the right to know. Actually, I know that we are not told many, many things that we should be.
