I would try and find the best lawyer I could and always remain honest and truthful. I'm not sure if that would help, but I wouldnt know what else to do.

i would definately seek legal counsel my friend. i have been in that situation before, almost went to prison had it not been for a good attorney. and my recommendation is dont go with the cheapest guy you know. go with someone with a reputation for winning. your freedom is priceless. wish you the best of luck
