then x will be the 15%

x= ---------------- = 36
..........100

For these type of exercises, you actually divide 36 by 15 and if you want to express the result in % then multiply that by 100

First inverse 15/100 to 100/15
Then multiply it by 36/1
36/1 x 100/15= X
We can cross cancel. So lets.
13/1 x 100/5
Reduce
13/1 x 20/1= X
13 x 20 is 160
X=160.
