No they go commando. Spacesuits are in layers including an inner layer for cooling and one to absorb moisture. Those layers are against the skin. (see first link)

Inside the shuttle or space station, they generally wear shorts and t-shirts or golf shirts. (see second link)

NASA is pretty much business casual now days (slacks and golf shirts). The only folks that where coats and ties are upper managers and those who may be on TV (like flight controllers).

Yeah...an astronaut is really gonna spend all that time in space wearing business/formal attire...

No! You ever seen astronauts in the space station with those blue jumpsuits?

NO They have special under gametes , There is all kinds of connections that must work. There is a suit on top of that has liquid circulating to do a heat exchange.

No. They do not wear bussiness suits. They wear special things to be protected.
