i think hispanics shouldnt move to boerne,texas cause what happened there in 1997 they should move to bulverde or other small country town that really offends what happen

You are again confusing a single sign at a football game in Fredericksburg a decade ago with Boerne. Secondly the hispanic population of the Boerne area has increase significantly in the past 5 years, and the last racial incident you can pull up happened 40 miles away a decade ago.
FInally, there are fewer hispanics at Smithson Valley High School (Bulverde) than at Boerne High School.
You are sadly confused!
