I think to do that you would have to learn a ton of different languages and set about the world. Learn all the different cultures and how they live their life. Learn about religions. Figure out why people believe the way that they do. I think there is so much out there, and yeah.. you can learn useless trivia and be a calculus whiz, but where does that get you? I think it's all in the people. Figuring out how PEOPLE work and live and love. Learning their behaviors. Spending a few moments in somebody else's shoes. Talk to people in good situations, talk to people in bad situations. When you figure that out, there won't be one person you wouldn't be able to give advice to.. and I guess when it all boils down, everybody is looking for advice..
So, I suppose.. Short term: Language classes. World culture books.
Long term: Spend about 3 years in a different country, move, start again in another.
Math and English might get you a better job, but I think being knowledgeable is much, much more than anything you can learn in school. It's an experience.

First off, one must understand that being the most wise and being the most knowledgeable are two different things. Being knowledgeable is gaining information from information sources.
Being wise is gaining common sense from living.
One must understand, however, that it is impossible to be the most knowledgeable and wisest person on the planet, simply because one does not have enough time on this planet to learn everything, and one cannot experience everything either.
If, however, you still wish to attempt, though you would be foolish to do so, follow these steps:
Every second, of every day, read books, magazines, periodicals, encyclopedias, and almanacs on every subject. Watch every tv show, movie, and documentary in the world. Learn every language in the world. Become an expert on every subject. Learn every song ever created in the world. Know every number in pi (this by itself is impossible.) Learn every word in every language.
While you are doing that, experience every second of every possible configuration of life, of both sexes(good luck), and experience growing up in every culture, in every village, in every home, in every country.
Basically, what I am saying is, simply be content to be wise based on your own life. Feel free to gain knowledge, but don't be intent on being the best. It is a lesson in futility, and the madness you experience from it will cause you undue pain and suffering.

strange of you to ask, I am the wisest person on earth at this time I am the great sage the next the answer and the source.
I am here to introduce Coopracy and Universal capitalism the next evolutionary step for human culture to achieve the status of Homo Wisdom Wisdom, when all women are free of abuse and oppression. and humans have evolved out of the weopen culture..
So my advice to you is this never argue with your intuition , then read The Power of the TAO by R"L WING , an interpretation of works by Lao Tzu then read Darwins theories and Einsteins ideas reduce your emotional attachment to material things and desire for wealth open your heart to the actual.
Do not do anything that scars your conscience, Do not let any man sexually abuse you, the abuse of women is the cause of all other problems on earth, it is the cause of war famine and greed by males. greed is the cause of pollution.

"And that power that the disciple shall covet is that which shall make him appear as nothing in the eyes of men"
I can do no better than quote this verse from Mabel Collins' "The Voice of Silence". So much for short-term and long-term goals. The one Goal is No-Goal.

I'd read as much as I could. Educate myself. Learn a new language a year. And the most important thing you can do is keep getting older. As you age, you'll learn from your experiences.

Hehehehehe start by disabusing yourself of that notion,I wise man/woman knows she /he will never stop learning and that to perceive yourself as anything but a humble human being who knows little but wishes to learn is folly.

I would meet as many people as possible, and truly try to listen to everything that they said. Only by being open minded and worldly can one truly be knowledgeable.
