Has anyone heard of Torcorp Financial? Loan of $14,000 secured need to put $1400 in trust account. Scam?

Yes it's a SCAM!!!!! No legitimate lender will charge you "up front fees" to obtain a loan from them. If there are legitimate fees for their services they should be DEDUCTED from the loan proceeds.
