Many are unisex, but spelling can make a difference.
Names I consider female are Eden, Kassidy, Mallory, Ola, Paris, Tatum, Darcy and Valentine and possibly Winter
Boys: Brennan, Gabriel (Gabrielle for a girl), Quincy and Sam
The rest could go either way. Some other unisex names are:
Dakota
Hunter (often a boy, but Hunter Tylo, the actress is female_
Leslie (kind of outdated)
Ashley

Ainsley - girl (though it'd be a refreshing unisex option on a boy)
Brennan - boy
Camryn - misspelled, so on paper I'd assume it "feminine," but prefer it for neither. Cameron I love on a boy, and still prefer properly-spelled for a girl.
Darcy - girl
Eden - girl (quite common as a feminine choice, after all, though I don't personally care for it)
Frankie - either (it's a nickname for Frances/Francis, Francesca, Franklin, etc., not a given name).
Gabriel - BOY! LOL That's not even unisex, though I realize some *think* they've spelled Gabrielle there (they have not). ;)
Hayden - boy
Indiana - state or crusader, but neither gender LOL
Jamie - either (again, it's more a nickname to me - James, Jamesina, etc.)
Kassidy - girl, but still spelled Cassidy.
Laken - girl, though I love the similar Lorcan for a boy.
Mallory - girl
Nicky - either (nickname).
Ola - depends on culture and pronunciation (this is said differently for either gender)
Paris - classically, I prefer it on a boy, but still think of Ms. Hilton as a modern reference. Wouldn't use it for either, given that.
Quincy - boy. I wouldn't use this for a girl any more than I would its Quintus root. LOL
Reese - boy. Though I'd stick with the strictly-masculine Rhys spelling myself (Reese is the most common form used for girls, but still doesn't indicate gender here).
Sam - boy (but fine as a nickname for either)
Tatum - girl. I've never heard Tatum used as a unisex option.
Valentine - boy. Quite common masculine choice within certain communities. Valentina would indicate girl.
Winter - season. LOL But since corny word names most often get stuck on the poor girls, I'd assume female.
Z - Zaire - neither! Like the place? LOL Zaira I know is female, but this I'd assume was a typo or a poorly-chosen random place name. ;)
