At work this week?

I work at a fast food place and when we have finished breakfast we record all the left over food and a new girl who works there put all the food in the bin and did not record it. and we can get done for it. I told the maneger who was on and she sed I was a tell tale then the maneger tolled her that i was not a tell tale and that I was doing my job and tolled her to record it so we dont get done. she makes a lot if mistakes and they get done for it and they are all runing round after her corecting her mistakes. she is verey slow at serving people. do you think she needs to be shown how to do things right?
