The "oh gosh" part would make me assume the guy is to young for me, so I would say thanks and give him a bit of advise on terms to use with "you are really sexy"!
I would let my daughter marry any man that would treat her like a queen!

LoL - No! I somewhat have had a guy (somebody I by no skill met till now) come as much as me and say "whats up, you wanna pass over to my place and kick it?"... Uh, thank you for the grant, yet NO!!!! And in September, whilst i replaced into pregnant with my daughter, I had a guy come as much as me, look on the instant at my chest and suggested "hi, you have large boobs". The boobs guy have been given slapped. How insulting!!! humorous question :)

It would depend on the guy but I typically just say thank you.
I don't have any kids so bonus question doesn't apply to me.
