See your regular doctor. He/she will have the connections to get you scheduled to have it done. Get there in the morning, you'll be home by 6 PM.

PS: When the gas guys says "take these and count back from 100", you'll get to 97, then, you'll be waking up in the recovery room to a hot nurse.
