If you have to ask, usually yes .. however I'll do a bit of research for you (next time do it yourself :-) ).

OK - top google hit brings up their web site and first impression === it's a 'work from home' scam ... but lets dig a little deeper ..

"All calls £1.50 per minute at all times" .. got to tell you something .. (no doubt they spend an hour telling you how to apply for real jobs ..)

Lots of nice 'books' (images of books) for sale .. but read it VERY carefully .. the word "BOOK" is NOT used .. all you will get for your £9.99 is a emailed PDF file .. (chances are exactly the same PDF is available on ebay for 99p) ..

The only 'physical' item is a CD-ROM (production cost 10p) at £39.95 ..

Various other 'services' are on offer .. no doubt mega-expensive, but (I would guess) they do actually deliver ..
although exactly how legal it is for you to use the material is another matter .. for example they sell Mailing Lists (aka SPAM EMail lists) ...

SO, all things considered, a HIGHLY OVER-PRICED RIP-OFF but NOT (as far as I can tell) a complete SCAM, since it looks to me that they sail just the right side of the law .. (after all, if they PUBLISH the fact that ALL calls cost £1.50 a minute you have NOTHING to complain about when your phone bill comes in do you ?)
