your children our grown and you have a life live it .if ur children dissagree then remind them that you dissagreed with thier descions at times too but this is your life and that is tiers so lets enjoy what time on earth we have together and try and come to an understanding

That would depend on what type of life style change you had. If you expect your children to like the fact that you are not acting as their parent once did, then you don't remember what you taught them. You taught them some values, and evidently you have lost yours, whats to like about that.

Your children are in no position to disapprove of whatever you are doing. You do what you need to. And if they keep their judgmental sh it up, write them out of the will.

Just get on board with today's generation mottoes.. everyone for them self, do what you want to, do what feels good, to heck with everyone else.

Why are you looking for their approval? They have the right uphold their morals and ethics.

Tell your kids you don't always like the things they do and if they insist on bashing your ways, you will sure as hell bash theirs.
