Sorry, no I don't. Having been a former "activist' regarding various Y!A issues all proved a fruitless waste of time and energy. I had organized campaigns and surrounded myself with supporters before approaching the suggestion board with one simple idea to reduce the number of reporter trolls. My idea turned out to be nearly identical to one which had been posted before. The Y!A team combined these ideas into one post, and despite 1845 POSITIVE votes, Y!A was unwilling to act upon it. Perhaps some petition signed by some few millions MIGHT get their attention, but such an organization is surely unfeasable.

I understand they are developing software to include why you get deleted/suspended. But we're still at the mercy right now.
They already know there's problems.
