I accidentally got super glue on a very expensive, one of a kind wig
and I need to dissolve it!

I CAN NOT cut it. No matter what, cutting it is not an option.

I already tried acetone and nailpolish remover, and it didnt work.

I am panicking :(

What will dissolve it??

Not much that will dissolve it. Another problem is, it reacts with some items and sets up a different chemical reaction. If the wig was natural hair, then no problem on that, but if synthetic there could have been a reaction. You can possibly search for something that is made to dissolve it, but you have tried the more common items. Good luck.

even the commercially available "superglue remover / debonders" are Acetone. try using a stronger acetone. But based ont he synthetic hair there may have been a reaction and there's no removing it.

Have you tried contactin the super glue company? They are the ones with the solution, if there is one.

You already tried it, anything else you try would dissolve the wig.
